A simple CRM for service businesses, built into your website
Every booking, quote request and message becomes a contact and a deal on your pipeline. Nothing to connect, nothing to copy across.
- One list for every form
- Pipelines, tags, notes, follow-ups
- Catch half-finished forms
Your website and your CRM in one place
Most small businesses glue a CRM to their website with forms, plugins and automation tools. On WeBoss Pro the website is the source: when someone books, asks for a quote or sends a message, they become a contact (matched by email, then phone) and a deal on your pipeline.
- Pipelines with stages you drag deals between.
- Tags, added by hand or by rules, such as "quote over $1,000".
- Notes and a timeline of every booking, quote and message from that person.
- Follow-ups so a quote does not go cold.
- Half-finished forms: see the people who started a form and left, with what they typed.
- Quotes you send that clients accept online, which wins the deal.
What a CRM is, in plain words
CRM stands for customer relationship management. For a small service business it means one thing: a list of everyone who has asked about your work, where each job stands, and who you need to call back today.
Without one, enquiries live in three places: your inbox, your phone and your memory. The quote you meant to chase on Tuesday gets forgotten by Thursday. A simple CRM fixes that with a list you check every morning.
A day with it
- Morning: open the pipeline. Two new quote requests came in overnight, and one booking for Friday.
- Reply: call the first, and send the second a quote from your saved services.
- Move the cards: drag one deal to "Quote sent" and the booking to "Booked".
- Set a reminder: add a follow-up for the quote in three days.
- Later: the client accepts the quote online, and the deal moves to "Won" by itself.
- Friday: the follow-up you set shows up, so nothing slips.
What each plan gives you
| Starter | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Every lead, quote and booking in a list | Yes | Yes |
| Filters, search and CSV export | Yes | Yes |
| Contacts with a full profile page | No | Yes |
| Pipeline with stages you drag | No | Yes |
| Tags and automatic tag rules | No | Yes |
| Notes, timeline and follow-ups | No | Yes |
| Half-finished forms | No | Yes |
| Quotes you send, accepted online | No | Yes |
On Starter ($14.99 a month) you already see and answer every lead from every form in one place. Pro adds the contacts, pipeline and follow-ups on top. See the pricing page for both plans.
Who it is for
Owners who get enquiries through their site and lose track of them in an inbox. A cleaner with ten quote requests a week. A contractor who wants to know which estimates are still open. A salon that wants to see who has not been back in a while.
It is not a sales platform for a team of fifty: there is no email sequencing, no call dialler and no marketing automation. If you need those, a full CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho is the better tool. WeBoss is the list you check every morning.

What is the simplest CRM for a small service business?
The simplest one is the one you do not have to feed. If your enquiries come through your website, a CRM built into the site fills itself: each booking, quote and message becomes a contact and a deal. A separate CRM is worth it once you need email campaigns or a sales team.
Do I have to import anything?
No. Contacts and deals are created from the forms on your site as enquiries arrive. You can export everything as CSV.
Which plan has the CRM?
Pro. Starter includes the leads list for every form, without pipelines, tags and follow-ups.
Is there a free CRM for small businesses?
Yes, several CRM companies have a free tier, and they suit a business that is happy to connect its forms and set up its own stages. On WeBoss, building your site is free and the leads list comes with Starter; the CRM itself is part of Pro.
How much does a CRM cost for a small business?
Separate CRMs usually charge per user per month, and the price rises with features. On WeBoss the CRM is included in Pro along with the website, hosting, booking and quotes, so there is one bill.
Can it connect to other tools?
Each form can send its submissions to a webhook, so tools such as Zapier or Make can pass them on.
What are half-finished forms?
People who started filling in a form on your site and left before sending it. Pro shows what they typed so you can follow up.
Do I need a CRM if I only get a few enquiries a week?
Probably not yet. The leads list on Starter is enough to see and answer everyone. Move to Pro when you start forgetting who you quoted and who you still need to call back.
