Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and WeBoss when you use weboss.io. By creating an account or using WeBoss, you agree to them.
1. The service
WeBoss (weboss.io), run by Bilal Mohiuddin in Pakistan, is an AI website builder for businesses. You answer a few questions, AI builds your website, and you can edit it, add booking, quote and contact forms, and publish it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give a real email address.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done in your account.
- One person or business per account. Don't share or resell access.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
- Building a site is free. Publishing and some features need a paid plan, shown in the pricing section of our home page.
- Paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Our online reseller and merchant of record processes payments. They handle checkout, taxes and invoices, and their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Prices can change. We'll tell you before a change affects your next renewal.
4. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it won't renew.
- Email support@weboss.io within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.
- If a paid plan ends, your site may be unpublished. Your work stays in your account so you can publish again later.
5. Your content
- You own your business information, text, images and website. You give us permission to store, process and host it only to provide the service.
- You are responsible for what's on your site. Make sure it's accurate and legal, and that you have the rights to any images, logos or text you add.
- Visitors' form submissions belong to you. We store them on your behalf (see our Privacy Policy).
6. AI-generated content
WeBoss uses AI to write and design your site. AI can make mistakes, so review your site before you publish it, especially prices, claims, contact details and opening hours. You are responsible for what you publish.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use WeBoss to:
- break the law, or publish content that is fraudulent, misleading, hateful, sexual or harmful;
- infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- send spam, phish, spread malware, or attack or overload the service;
- pose as another business or person.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep WeBoss and your site online, but the service is provided "as is", and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, WeBoss is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost customers. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using WeBoss and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay. Where we can, we'll warn you first.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email you. Using WeBoss after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
