What is WeBoss for real estate agents?

WeBoss designs and writes a website for a real estate agent, a small brokerage or a property manager from five answers, in about a minute. The checklist

What a real estate website needs

Six things. Your WeBoss site has all of them from the first build.

  • You, with a face and a number

People choose an agent, not an agency. Your photo, name and direct line belong on the first screen.

  • The areas you know

Name the towns and neighbourhoods you work, so local sellers and buyers find you.

  • A valuation request

The question every seller starts with. Let them ask it without picking up the phone.

  • Viewing and call booking

A buyer who can pick a time tonight will not wait for a call back tomorrow.

  • Licence and brokerage

Your licence number and brokerage name, where your state requires them.

  • Set up for Google

Title, description and business details filed in one click.

Design guide

Real estate website design: be the local they call

Buyers browse homes on the big portals. They do not choose an agent there. They choose an agent the way they choose a doctor: someone local, recommended, who seems to know what they are talking about. An agent's own website does not need to out-list the portals. It needs to make one person in your area think "that is who I should ring".

  1. Lead with you and your patch

Your photo, your name and the towns or neighbourhoods you work. A seller wants the agent who knows their street, so name the streets.

  2. Offer a valuation, not a brochure

Almost every seller begins with "what is my home worth?". A short valuation request form is the strongest call to action an agent has. Say clearly that it is an estimate, not an appraisal.

  3. Show a few homes well

You do not need every listing. Three or four recent sales or current homes, with good photos and one honest line each, prove you are active. Link to the full listing elsewhere.

  4. Explain how you work

What happens after someone calls: the visit, the price, the photos, the viewings, the offer. First-time sellers and buyers are nervous, and a clear process calms them.

  5. Mind the rules

Show your licence number and brokerage where your state requires it. Describe homes and areas by their features, never by the kind of people who live there: fair housing law applies to your website too.

What to put on a real estate website, in order

  1. Your photo, your area, and a "free valuation" or "book a call" button
  2. Who you help: sellers, buyers, landlords
  3. A few recent sales or current homes
  4. How selling or buying with you works, step by step
  5. Reviews from past clients
  6. About you, with your licence and brokerage
  7. The areas you cover, answers to common questions and how to reach you

What people type before they find you

Sellers and buyers search by place and by what they want to do, and sellers very often start with the value of their own home.

  • real estate agent near me
  • what is my home worth
  • best realtor in [your town]
  • homes for sale in [your neighbourhood]
  • property management company near me
  • how much do realtors charge

Examples of how people phrase it. Use the ones that fit your work in your headline and your services.

FAQ

Questions? Straight answers.

Try it free
How much does a real estate website cost?

Building and previewing it is free. To go live, Starter is $14.99 a month, with hosting, booking, quotes and contact forms included. On Pro, every enquiry also becomes a contact in a CRM with a pipeline.

Does it show MLS listings?

No. WeBoss has no MLS or IDX feed. You can show your featured properties as sections with your own photos and words, and link to the full listing on your MLS or portal.

Can sellers request a home valuation?

Yes. A form collects the address and details, and the request lands in your leads list and your email. The valuation itself is your work; say on the page that it is an estimate and not an appraisal.

Can buyers book a viewing or a call?

Yes. Add each as a booking with its length and the hours you offer, and buyers choose a free time. You are emailed straight away.

Can I use it for property management?

Yes. Landlords can price monthly management with the quote calculator, and tenants or owners can reach you through the contact form.

Will local sellers find me on Google?

The site is set up for Google and AI assistants in one click, with your areas and business details. Ranking also depends on your Google Business Profile, reviews and how long you have been listed.

What is the best website builder for a real estate agent?

For a personal agent site with a valuation form and call booking, WeBoss builds one from five answers. If you need live MLS or IDX listings searchable on your own site, choose a real estate platform that provides that feed.

What should a real estate agent website include?

Your photo and direct number, the areas you cover, a valuation request form, a few recent sales, how you work, client reviews, and your licence and brokerage details.

Do I need IDX listings on my own website?

Not to win clients. Most buyers search on the large portals anyway. An agent's own site is there to show who you are and to collect valuation requests and calls. If searchable listings are essential to you, WeBoss is not the right tool.
